The search for the student note topic is a blast. Really. It's all about having that perfect topic picked out, and then finding out that you've been preempted by another author, or that the Supreme Court has just granted cert to your golden case, or that the area of law you're discussing "doesn't actually exist, because nobody cares whether or not a promise made in an adult chatroom is binding as an oral contract."
I've been through half a dozen topics at this point--everything from age-of-consent laws in Nevada to age-of-consent laws in Arizona--but nothing seems to stick.
ARE there age-of-consent laws in Arizona?
