I think it's because we're graduating 3L's, and they don't want us to ruin our weekends with a crappy grade.
That is paternalistic bullshit. Sweet, caring, paternalistic bullshit. But paternalistic bullshit nonetheless.
Maybe it's because you won't be graduating and they are going to pull a cruel joke.

Columbia did it to us too. I think it's because releasing grades is hard. You know, reviewing them for grad requirements AND having to click a little button... That's hard.

Secured Credit isn't up for 2L's yet. But you probably missed the class when he mentioned how he prefers the D because he doesn't have to justify it to the administration like he has to for the F.

I'm pretty sure the graduating 3Ls I know at Columbia had their grades online, at least by the day before graduation.
