Got what I thought was a poorly written contracts question wrong just now.
Kind of yelled a lot.
Neighbor knocked on door to see if I was okay.
I'm not.

Bar studying sucks. But take comfort: only dumb people actually fail the thing. It's a 6" jump over a 50' deep chasm. Yeah, it would suck to miss, but really, what kind of normal person can't jump 6 inches?

I can only assume that this means contracts is not just a miserable first year class but also a miserable area of the law generally.

Better to get poorly-written questions in practice than on the actual exam itself. But there are a lot of poorly-written questions out there floating around, so you may find them wherever you go. Bummer. Hang in there. And, yes, Contracts is generally miserable -- I agree.
